Our remodeling idea came to fruition with the expertise and vision of Jennifer Trapnell of Trapnell Architects. We chose Manlulu General Building Contractors for our contractor. We started the design process in 2013. After countless meetings, emails, and waiting for the City approval, we were able to start our project. Demolition Day!

MARCH 9, 2017 A few days after our move, the contractor called us and advised us that they are starting the demolition. After dropping off the kids in school, I was shocked to find our house gone!

Armor Moving is a local business located in Culver City. Their rates are reasonable and competitive. The two gentlemen who assisted us were courteous and professional. What's also great is the service of Mike and Eric. They've communicated the whole process to us by phone, text and email.  The weather forecast indicated a possible rain shower on the day of our move. The night before, Eric was on his way to CCHS Casino Night for a fundraising. He took the time to call me and leave me a message to reassure me that all our items will be protected and wrapped. The sale of our house would not be possible without the help of Julio and Michelle Leyva of Leyva Realtors.  Julio and Michelle are local realtors who are very involved in the Culver City community and surrounding areas. Braddock House

March 5, 2017 TODAY is moving day! Reality hasn't sink in yet because we are busy due to the movers coming in to take away our belongings to the rental house we are moving to in Culver City. We got lucky because we are able to find a house close to the school and our house.  We started the planning process in June of 2013. It only took us almost 4 years! We will miss the "old" charming house. As we embark a new chapter in our lives, we are ready for the new challenges ahead.
