A few days after our move, the contractor called us and advised us that they are starting the demolition. After dropping off the kids in school, I was shocked to find our house gone!
Our remodeling idea came to fruition with the expertise and vision of Jennifer Trapnell of Trapnell Architects. We chose Manlulu General Building Contractors for our contractor. We started the design process in 2013. After countless meetings, emails, and waiting for the City approval, we were able to start our project. March 5, 2017 TODAY is moving day! Reality hasn't sink in yet because we are busy due to the movers coming in to take away our belongings to the rental house we are moving to in Culver City. We got lucky because we are able to find a house close to the school and our house. We started the planning process in June of 2013. It only took us almost 4 years! We will miss the "old" charming house. As we embark a new chapter in our lives, we are ready for the new challenges ahead.
The sale of our house would not be possible without the help of Julio and Michelle Leyva of Leyva Realtors.
